Short Summary:
As a Clinical Delivery Coordinator, you will optimize Twin Health's clinical operations, ensuring members have the right care team assigned according to licensure and operational guidance. This role combines data analysis with responsibilities in Clinical Delivery Management operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support daily provider and coach assignments based on licensure and operational requirements.
- Monitor care team panels to meet operational requirements.
- Provide professional responses to providers and coaches regarding care team requests.
- Perform data validation and quality checks for assignment accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve assignment discrepancies.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Generate and maintain reports on care team assignment status and key metrics.

Requirement:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
