Short Summary:
Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting client profitability. The successful candidate will work independently across multiple internal groups to finalize client profitability models and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, forecast, and report client profitability.
- Manage new business additions to the portfolio.
- Work with internal teams to gather data for profitability models.
- Communicate financial and business results to various stakeholders.
- Maintain and implement complex Excel-based forecasting models.
- Manage reporting between forecast models and actual results.
- Coach one junior financial analyst.

Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Excel-based Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Prior experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry preferred.
- Experience in pricing and/or business case modeling is a benefit.
- Demonstrated experience in Hyperion Essbase.
- Strong communication skills at different levels.
