Short Summary:
TrustedHousesitters is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer marketplace redefining pet care and travel. The mission is to make travel work better for pets and their people, aiming to become the world’s most-loved travel solution for pet people.

Responsibilities:
- Own the growth analytics for new member revenue squads, including acquisition funnel, conversion, and product usage.
- Spot opportunities in data and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Lead instrumentation on new features, defining tracking and success metrics.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments on product features.
- Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for stakeholders.
- Challenge assumptions and act as the analytical voice in product and commercial decisions.
- Mentor other analysts to raise the analytical bar across the team.

Requirement:
- Solid product analytics experience in a subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform business.
- Ability to own end-to-end analysis with minimal direction.
- Advanced SQL skills; dbt experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of user event tracking and experimentation.
- Strong data storytelling skills.
- Product instincts and the ability to generate ideas.
