Short Summary:
As a junior People Operations Analyst, you will support employee lifecycle processes, assist with payroll preparation, maintain employee records, and manage People Service Desk requests while contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, leave administration, and offboarding activities
- Assisting with payroll preparation by collecting and validating employee information and payroll inputs
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data is accurate and up to date in our systems
- Supporting benefits administration and helping employees with People-related questions
- Managing People Service Desk requests and ensuring employees receive timely support
- Assisting with employment documentation and compliance-related activities
- Working with People systems and helping maintain accurate employee information
- Supporting process documentation and keeping knowledge articles up to date
- Coordinating with employees, managers, vendors, and external partners when needed
- Contributing to People Operations projects and process improvement initiatives
- Learning about local employment practices and helping ensure our processes run smoothly and efficiently
Requirement:
- An interest in Human Resources, People Operations, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum 1 year of experience
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and different systems
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a desire to continuously improve
- Fluency in English and the local language of the country supported
- Previous internship, university project, or work experience in HR, administration, customer support, operations, or a similar environment is a plus
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, spreadsheets, and international Payroll systems)
