Short Summary:
As a New Logo Account Executive, you will be part of Teradata's APJ Growth Engine, focusing on acquiring new enterprise customers and accelerating Teradata's expansion across Asia Pacific and Japan. This role involves managing the entire customer acquisition journey, from prospecting to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and execute a strategic territory plan focused on acquiring new enterprise and mid-market customers in Vietnam.
- Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution value articulation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive demand generation and customer engagement activities.
- Partner with Customer Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling business and technical solutions aligned to customer outcomes.
- Drive successful customer onboarding and early workload activation to support long-term adoption, retention, and growth.
- Contribute to the development of repeatable sales motions and best practices that help scale Teradata's APJ Growth Engine.
Requirement:
- Proven success in enterprise B2B software, cloud, data, analytics, or AI sales with a strong track record of new logo acquisition.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving both business and technical decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Experience selling into enterprise and mid-market organizations within Vietnam.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills with the ability to connect customer challenges to measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments.
