Short Summary:
Our Rental Technicians are qualified electricians with hands-on experience, responsible for ensuring our equipment is operational and ready for rental.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare rental equipment to suit customer project needs
- Conduct inspection and quality assurance testing of rental and sale equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to rental equipment
- Handle shipping and receiving of rental and sale equipment
- Maintain a high level of presentation and organization in our yard, warehouse, and common areas
- Some work beyond regular hours required for after-hours calls
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years as a qualified working electrician (Journeyman or equivalent)
- Commercial and industrial electrical construction, repairs, maintenance, and commissioning to high and low voltage systems
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts, or other visual aids
- Capable of locating and correcting defects in electrical systems and equipment
- Able to lift/move heavy equipment (50+ lbs.), work at heights, and in confined spaces
- Willingness to work outside regular hours for after-hours calls as needed
