Our 1,000+ people around the world back it up, too: 92% are proud to be Sumsubers, and 90% say their work is interesting and challenging.</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Support procurement processes</strong> for both new and existing Data and Technology partners globally.</p></li><li><p><strong>Develop and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships</strong> through regular performance and service-level assessments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Coordinate initial reviews of legal documentation</strong> (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs) and manage smooth, timely communication with internal Legal and Data Protection teams.</p></li><li><p><strong>Drive commercial negotiations</strong> and agreement renewals to secure optimal pricing, SLAs, and contract terms.</p></li><li><p><strong>Act as the primary operational bridge</strong> between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring frictionless onboarding and alignment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Own and maintain a centralized repository</strong> of all partner-related legal, compliance, and commercial documents, keeping everything organized and up to date.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Proven professional experience</strong> in procurement, vendor relationship management, or commercial operations within a fast-paced B2B tech environment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Strong commercial mindse</strong>t with a track record of handling negotiations, optimizing costs, and evaluating vendor offerings.</p></li><li><p><strong>Excellent legal literacy</strong> — you understand contract structures, know what to look for in service agreements, and can efficiently translate business needs into legal requirements.</p></li><li><p><strong>Fluency in English</strong> (C2 level) with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>High level of independence and proactiveness</strong> — you are comfortable taking full ownership of processes and driving them to the finish line.</p></li><li><p><strong>Sharp attention to detail </strong>when working with complex documentation and multiple parallel workflows.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with partners in <strong>different time zones (APAC, LATAM)</strong>.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Prior procurement or vendor coordination experience</strong> specifically within the Fintech, RegTech, or Identity Verification industries.</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience working from the "buyer's side"</strong> — evaluating and onboarding external infrastructure, software, or data providers.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with Data partners.</p></li><li><p>Fluency<strong> </strong>in<strong> Spanish.</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Remote-first, trust-based culture.</strong> Work from the place that works best for you.
