Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage platforms and solutions to minimize financial and regulatory risk while maintaining excellent user experience
- Transform business challenges into scalable and effective engineering solutions
- Partner with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, product, policy, legal, operations, and data science teams
- Diagnose and resolve production issues across various services and throughout the tech stack
- Enhance engineering standards, improve tooling, and optimize processes
- Proactively identify, analyze, and swiftly mitigate emerging risk patterns
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related followed by 2 years of Software Engineering experience
- 2 years of experience developing software solutions using Python, Java or Ruby
- 2 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems
- 2 years of experience translating business requirements into tangible software requirements and system designs
- 2 years of experience identifying and resolving production issues that span multiple services and stack layers
- 2 years of experience performing data-driven investigations and analysis to inform decision-making using SQL and visualization software
