Steven.com is building the operating system for the creator economy, aiming to provide a comprehensive infrastructure for creators. The Principal Fullstack Engineer will play a crucial role in shaping the product and setting technical standards.

Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture of Steven.com's most complex systems, from design through production and long-term evolution.
- Set the engineering standards, patterns, and abstractions for the team.
- Architect the AI-native core of the product, including LLM-powered workflows and intelligent pipelines.
- Make final calls on high-stakes design decisions and manage systemic risks.
- Mentor engineers and elevate the team's technical capabilities.
- Transform ambiguous product bets into concrete technical plans.

Requirement:
- Proven experience in designing and shipping complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and Google Cloud/AWS.
- Experience architecting AI/ML systems or LLM applications at production scale.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
