Short Summary:
SOTI is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Manager to join its Enterprise Sales team, focusing on driving substantial impact and value through strategic partnerships and advanced account management.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with high-value customers focused on profitable growth and high retention for SOTI.
- Employ strategic planning to expand the client base, increase deal size, and achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.
- Lead complex, full-cycle sales campaigns, leveraging buyer-centric selling techniques.
- Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales efforts, delivering on SOTI’s strategic vision.
- Create and implement strategies that showcase SOTI's role as a leading mobility platform.
- Act as the lead communicator between SOTI, customers, and partners to address escalations and handle legal matters.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Partner with Field Marketing to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Present Quarterly Territory Plans to Leadership, outlining progress and recommendations for pipeline development.
- Drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new customer opportunities.
- Represent SOTI at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences.
Requirement:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in SaaS sales, including proven success in managing complex sales cycles and high-value accounts.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise sales, with strong skills in champion/mobilizer development and consultative selling.
- Outstanding presentation and written/verbal communication skills; experience conducting web demos and business reviews for executive audiences.
