Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio planning, or business operations.
- Track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business judgment and ability to connect program delivery to business goals.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear priorities and execution plans.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
