役割概要:
Team ASOBIでは、情熱と才能を持つ新進気鋭のゲームデザイナーを募集しています。
このポジションでは、遊びの仕組みのコンセプト立案や企画、ならびにMayaベースのゲームエディター内で既存のゲーム要素を創造的に活用した設計を担当していただきます。必要に応じて、デザインに対する考え方や文化的な視点、制作技術に関するトレーニングを受けていただきます。
前向きに学ぶ姿勢と高い意欲を持ち、責任感をもって仕事に取り組める方を歓迎します。

役割・職責： 

• 多彩で創造性に富んだゲームプレイのアイデアを考案し、スケッチやプレゼンテーションを通じて提案します。
• ゲームエディターを用いて、楽しさと独自性のあるゲームレベルを制作します。
• ゲーム制作に関わる他職種のメンバーと連携しながら開発を進めます。
• 業務を通じて、ゲーム開発全般に関わるさまざまなスキルの習得が要求されます。柔軟に学び、吸収する姿勢が重要です。 

必要スキル 

• ゲームデザインおよびゲーム全般に対する強い情熱を持っていること。
• 英語の学習意欲のある方を歓迎（英会話レッスンを受講可能）
• 自分のアイデアを説明するための、シンプルでわかりやすい図面スキル。
• 他作品のゲームやゲームプレイの仕組みに関する深い知識。
• 高い分析力を有し、なぜその仕組みが面白いのかを的確に説明できること。
• 物事をシンプルかつ普遍的な観点から考えられること。
• 幅広い世界中のプレイヤーに向けたゲームに関心を持っていること。

Tokyo area (expected to work onsite).   

Role overview:
Team ASOBI is looking for a passionate, fun and creative upcoming Game Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for concepting, sketching gameplay mechanics and use existing gameplay modules in creative ways inside a Maya-based game editor.  
Where needed, will provide training and coaching to teach design philosophies, cultural thinking and techniques. We expect a positive learning attitude, high motivation and great commitment.  

Responsibilities: 

• You will imagine, sketch and present a lot of creative gameplay ideas.
• You will utilize a game editor to create game levels that are fun and original.
• You will collaborate with other disciplines involved in the creation of a game.
• Along the way, you will be required to learn many new general skills related to the development of a video game. An open mind will be crucial. 

 Skills required 

• Passion for game design and play in general.
• Intermediate Japanese language skill.
• Good sketching ability.
• Strong knowledge of other games and gameplay mechanics
• Good analytic skills. Can explain precisely why a mechanic is fun. 
• Ability to think in simple and universal terms.
• Interest in games for a broad, worldwide audience.
• Ability to work fast and autonomously.
• Attention for detail.
• Willingness and patience to learn with a respectful attitude.
• Social and outgoing personality.

You may be required to pass a practical test using your own time and resources.
