Short Summary:
SDG is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator with expertise in Microsoft infrastructure and VDI/RDS access platforms to support their global team and data centers.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration of Microsoft infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and Group Policy.
- Administering access platforms and services: Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), 1C/ERP application, SQL servers, monitoring, backup, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Supporting VDI and terminal server farms, administering domain services and certificates, and maintaining system documentation.
- Resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs.
- Participating in infrastructure projects: Active Directory migration, VDI farm replacement, application publishing upgrades, and decommissioning legacy systems.
- Keeping infrastructure documentation and inventory up to date.
- Participating in on-call rotation.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years administering Microsoft and VDI infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory domain or forest migration.
- Proficiency in DNS, PKI, VDI, Windows RDS, Windows Server, Linux, load balancing, virtualization, Google Workspace, and automation.
- Strong soft skills: communication, problem-solving, adaptability, attention to detail, and customer focus.
- Fluent in Russian and English (B1 or above).
