Short Summary:
SDG is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners in the mainstream dating vertical, driving growth and managing the full partner lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, and business opportunities.
- Drive growth of affiliate partnerships: bring new partners, launch and test traffic, scale successful collaborations, and increase sales volume.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle: lead negotiations, coordinate onboarding, and ensure smooth communication between teams.
- Analyze market, competitors, offers, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with affiliate tracking and performance data, coordinating tracking setup and troubleshooting issues.

Requirement:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales within performance-driven digital industries.
- Existing network of relevant affiliate partners and strong track record of attracting and scaling new partners.
- Good understanding of affiliate and performance marketing models.
- Strong analytical and technical skills in affiliate marketing.
