Short Summary:
Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Junior HRBP/HRPP for the Core Business Unit to work with remote, globally distributed multinational teams. The role focuses on enhancing personnel effectiveness, managing staffing, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effectiveness of personnel within the business unit, aligning with strategic goals and financial targets.
- Manage staffing to ensure the right number of employees who have completed their probationary period.
- Foster employee engagement and retention, creating a motivating work environment.
- Implement and enforce HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and measure satisfaction of managers and employees with the HR function.
Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience in an HR BP/HRD role, preferably in investment environments.
- Experience working with founders and C-level stakeholders.
- Understanding of company growth stages and cap table basics.
- Ability to implement key employee lifecycle processes.
- Proven track record in managing HR metrics and hands-on experience in C&B and analytics.
- Experience across multiple entities or business units.
- Strong persistence, goal-oriented mindset, and project management skills.
- High level of persistence and ability to operate in uncertainty.
- Strong command of both Russian and English.
