Short Summary:
This role is focused on helping Smartly attract and hire exceptional talent across our Commercial and Product organization in North America.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Creative, and G&A functions in the North America region.
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and the global People team to develop effective hiring strategies and build high-performing, diverse teams.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer, ensuring timely, transparent, and thoughtful communication throughout the process.
- Proactively source and engage talent for specialized and business-critical roles, building inclusive and high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Continuously improve recruiting outcomes by refining interview processes, identifying opportunities to improve quality of hire, and reducing time-to-hire.
- Coach and support interviewers and hiring teams on effective, inclusive hiring practices and interview excellence.
- Contribute to maintaining and strengthening Smartly's culture as the company continues to grow.
- Explore and implement new approaches, sourcing strategies, and recruiting tools to reach exceptional talent.
Requirement:
- Strong experience as an in-house, full-cycle recruiter, supporting hiring across multiple functions.
- Experience recruiting for mid-to-senior-level Commercial roles, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or related functions, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or a similar technology environment.
- Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive talent for niche or business-critical positions.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies and influence recruiting decisions.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR systems; Greenhouse and Workday experience is beneficial.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple searches and changing priorities.
- Passion for creating inclusive hiring processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
