Short Summary:
As a Senior Game Mathematician, you will create mathematical models for mobile-optimised online casino games, ensuring they deliver the right player experience while meeting commercial goals. You will collaborate with various teams to develop innovative games and validate models through sophisticated analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end mathematical design process for high-complexity titles.
- Drive the conceptualisation and development of novel slot mechanics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Game Designers to create balanced frameworks.
- Develop and utilise Monte Carlo simulation tools for testing and optimisation.
- Create comprehensive mathematical documentation and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Potentially manage a small team of junior mathematicians in the future.
- Partner with Developers, QA, and Artists for seamless integration of models.
- Conduct quantitative analysis of competitor games and market trends.

Requirement:
- Solid experience in slot game mathematics.
- Good knowledge of Combinatorics, Probability Theory, and Quantitative Analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and programming.
- University Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Nice to Have: Experience in team management, OOP, interest in slots, knowledge of game trends, and Java.
