Short Summary:
Sleeper is where millions of sports fans play fantasy, make picks, and follow the games together. This role involves building the lifecycle program from scratch, focusing on user engagement through automated journeys like onboarding, activation, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Build out and optimize the lifecycle program in Braze for onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across push, email, and in-app.
- Strengthen email as a channel and own email deliverability end to end.
- Define audiences from behavioral data and partner with data and engineering for necessary instrumentation.
- Run experiments to measure lift and drive lifecycle for key moments like season kickoffs and product launches.
- Set operating standards for naming conventions, QA, and frequency capping.
Requirement:
- 3-5 years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing with ownership of a consumer program.
- Deep hands-on Braze experience or comparable platforms.
- Strong grasp of email deliverability and sender reputation.
- Analytically rigorous and comfortable with data.
- Clear writing skills for effective communication.
- Collaborative with product and engineering teams.
