Short Summary:
As a Working Student in Process Automation, you will analyze existing processes, develop scripts, and maintain tools to enhance data processing and reporting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing Excel-based processes to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities
- Develop, test, and implement scripts to automate recurring data processing and reporting tasks
- Create clear and user-friendly documentation for newly automated processes
- Maintain and support existing automated Excel tools, including troubleshooting and updates
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation
Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau
- Initial internship or project experience in process automation or data analytics is an advantage
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
