Short Summary:
SharkNinja is seeking a Senior CMF Designer to lead CMF strategy across multiple product categories, shaping product aesthetics and quality. This role involves end-to-end CMF workstreams, mentoring designers, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities:
- Set CMF direction and lead strategy for product categories.
- Drive concepts from idea to production, owning the creative point of view.
- Research and forecast emerging trends to inform design direction.
- Develop mood boards, color palettes, and material libraries.
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate materials for quality.
- Produce detailed CMF specifications for production teams.
- Advocate for design integrity in reviews and validate through prototyping.
- Maintain organized CMF sample archives and mentor junior designers.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, CMF Design, or related field.
- 5–7 years of CMF design experience with a relevant portfolio.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot, and SolidWorks.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, trend forecasting, and materials innovation.
- Experience working with suppliers to bring CMF solutions to market.
- Excellent analytical and storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship standards.
- Confident presentation skills for cross-functional audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus.
