Short Summary:
Scaleway is experiencing hyper-growth and is expanding its business in Italy. The role involves proactively identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospects to generate a high-quality sales pipeline, working closely with the local Account Executive in Milan.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify key decision-makers across the Italian market.
- Maintain a high level of daily sales activity, combining structured call campaigns and tailored multi-channel cadences.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and data enrichment tools to optimize outreach.
- Manage incoming leads generated by Scaleway's expanding presence in Italy.
- Partner with the local Account Executive for key industry events and marketing actions.
- Manage lead data and pipeline stages in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client pain points.
- Qualify leads using the MEDDIC framework.
- Challenge prospects' assumptions with courtesy and professional assertiveness.
- Participate in strategy sessions to refine market penetration strategies for Italy.
Requirement:
- Native or fluent in Italian and fluent in English.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an outbound-focused sales role.
- Demonstrated success in hitting activity quotas and mastery of cold prospecting.
- Proficiency in MEDDIC or similar sales qualification methodology.
- Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong ability to use open-ended questions to identify business challenges.
