Short Summary:
Join Scale to shape the future of AI by building and owning the Cybersecurity portfolio, focusing on training data and evaluation products for security capabilities in AI models.

Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio.
- Define the capability map for training and measuring against various security tasks.
- Partner with ML researchers and security practitioners on task specifications.
- Drive the infrastructure roadmap and build sourcing pipelines.
- Establish governance for data quality and responsible development.
- Recruit and manage a contributor network of security practitioners.
- Work with frontier labs and enterprise customers to translate security needs into product roadmap.

Requirement:
- Real cybersecurity experience: vulnerability research, fuzzing, exploit development, etc.
- 5+ years in product management or related roles.
- Understanding of AI-for-security evaluation landscape.
- Software engineering skills to engage with technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in fast-paced environments.
