What you’ll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – D&P Core Platform Services Support Engineer
Location: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid)

Do you enjoy delivering great customer experience and interacting with customers and colleagues all over the world? Do you have a knack for digging into problems and constantly expanding and sharing your knowledge? If you answer yes, this role may be a great fit for you.

In this role, you will:

• Help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors through Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation or troubleshooting logs and verifying the configuration.
• Share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues and participating in forums.
• Learn technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring and e-Learning training.
• Use AI tools, Language Models and Agents to execute tasks, improve processes and efficiency for supporting our customers.
• Report errors to development teams when needed. - Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues through all support channels.
• Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.
• Cooperate closely with other Technical Support teams and Development Support.
• Be a professional team member within the Technical Support organization.

 
What you bring:

• Studying IT or related with at least two years until graduation. 
• Has advanced English (oral and written) and is confident to be in contact with customers and colleague globally via e-mail, chat and phone. 
• High level of analytical skills.
• The ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
• Strong customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
• Team player and contributes to a great environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented individual.

The D&P Core Platform Services is responsible to provide end-to-end support to cloud and on-premise SAP customers that have any solution based on Business Technology Platform. Our team handles 7 different product areas in Brazil which are:

· ABAP Tools

· Output Management

· Data & Knowledge Management

· Cloud Identity Services

· Software Logistics

· Application Services

· Provisioning (URM / UCL)

All 7 product area teams are very closely integrated, providing a great environment for learning and development of their team members.
