What Samsara does

We build technology that keeps the world's physical industries running safely — the logistics companies moving goods across the country, the construction fleets finishing roads on deadline, the utility trucks dispatched after a storm. Our platform connects vehicles, equipment, and the people who operate them, giving businesses the visibility to run smarter and keep their workers safe.

It's a product that sells itself once prospects understand it. Your job is to get them on the phone long enough to find out.

What this role actually looks like

Every day, you'll be reaching out to operations managers, fleet directors, and business owners across Europe — via phone, email, and LinkedIn — to start conversations about how Samsara could help their business. You'll be making 40+ calls a day. But this isn't just a numbers game — you'll build genuine, lasting relationships with the prospects you speak to, and work hand-in-hand with your Account Executive to move those conversations forward and turn them into real opportunities.

You'll also:

• Build and manage your own outreach pipeline across target accounts
• Represent Samsara at industry events and trade shows
• Become a genuine expert in the industries you sell into — from waste management to food distribution
• Log and track every interaction in Salesforce (we'll train you on this from day one)

Where this role takes you

This isn't a job — it's a launchpad. Samsara's ADR programme has a clear path to a closing Account Executive role, typically within two years. AEs manage their own territory, run full sales cycles, and earn significantly more.

The programme has three levels:

The ADR programme runs across three levels, each building the skills you need to step into a closing role:

• ADR I — Handle inbound leads, get product-certified, and learn the Samsara way of selling. You'll be trained on cold calling, objection handling, and our sales tools from day one.
• ADR II — Move to outbound. Build pipeline from scratch, develop sequencing and persona-based messaging skills, and work directly alongside Account Executives.
• ADR III — Operate like a junior AE. Territory planning, customer demos, and direct mentorship from AE leadership — all building toward your promotion interview.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Come from a high-outbound role — recruitment, estate agency, telesales, financial services — and you've consistently hit your targets
• Treat rejection as information, not failure
• Love talking to new people and can build trust in the first 60 seconds of a call
• Want to understand the businesses you're selling into, not just dial through a list
• Are hungry for a career path, not just a better commission structure
• Value feedback and can put it into action quickly

What we're looking for

• Fluent Dutch speakers
• 1–3 years of experience in a high-activity, target-driven role — we don't require SaaS or tech experience
• Proof that you've consistently overachieved: numbers, rankings, recognition — show us
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Curious. The best people in this role genuinely want to understand how a fleet manager thinks

Flexible Working

Our offices are open for those who prefer to work in-person and we also support remote work where it aligns with our operational requirements.
