Short Summary:
As a Senior Product Designer on our design team, you will be part of the Proposals product squad, shaping the user experience of tools contractors use to win jobs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design process for the Proposals Squad.
- Work in an iterative design process: initiating UX research, prototyping, usability testing, and evaluating metrics.
- Apply strategic thinking to product features, ensuring design solutions align with company goals.
- Contribute to the design team’s culture through design jams, critiques, and cross-squad initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for design solutions.
- Advocate for users, making decisions with customers in mind.

Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience in supporting full product life cycles.
- Ability to break down complex problems into intuitive solutions.
- Experience with user research methodologies and translating findings into actionable design insights.
- Strong visual design skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Comfortable integrating AI tools into the design process.
