Short Summary:
The Director of Revenue Operations will establish Roo's first Revenue Ops function, transitioning from a Sales Team focus to a strategic partner for revenue-facing teams, enhancing efficiency and success through various operational strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own the Revenue Operations strategy and operating model.
- Manage HubSpot as the system of record, overseeing architecture, automation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support on capacity planning and lead management.
- Enhance the intake and triage system, implementing SLAs and proactive work strategies.
- Co-own forecasting, reporting, and pipeline hygiene with Sales, Finance, and Data.
- Partner with Finance on compensation mechanics and quota setting.
- Apply AI to operational processes to reduce toil and enhance insights.
- Hire and lead a small Rev Ops team, expanding scope over time.
Requirement:
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with at least 5 years in leadership.
- Experience in building or rebuilding operational functions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and GTM systems.
- Proven track record in partnering with revenue-facing teams.
- Deep experience in forecasting and revenue predictability.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling in operational work.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
