Short Summary:
Rockstar is seeking an Engagement Manager for a clean energy finance company that is transforming project financing. The role involves being a go-to expert for customers on compliance reporting and auditing, particularly for Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the customer's primary point of contact on PWA requirements, providing guidance and support across a portfolio of accounts.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team.
- Manage the delivery of industry-leading audited reports through the platform, ensuring rigorous auditing processes.
- Provide product feedback by partnering closely with product and engineering teams.
- Establish best practices for accurate data collection and maintenance.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams on customer satisfaction goals.
- Act as a resource on federal/state guidance and labor compliance requirements.

Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in a high-paced, fast growth environment or at a leading tax, accounting, legal, or consulting firm.
- Clear track record of high performance and increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical tax/accounting topics.
- Experience managing customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Strong communication skills and comfort explaining complex topics.
- Systems mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
