Short Summary:
As the strategic engine for RDT DATA & AI Functions, the team bridges high-level vision with world-class execution, focusing on operational excellence and long-term strategy in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
- Lead service transition and vendor optimization initiatives.
- Define and monitor service performance measures, KPIs, and SLOs.
- Drive the adoption of AIOps, automation frameworks, and self-healing capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational effort and service costs.
- Establish governance and operating models for managed services.
- Partner with vendors to improve service outcomes and foster innovation.
- Analyze operational trends and resolve bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement methodologies across platform operations.

Requirement:
- Highly educated with a relevant university degree and proven experience in IT operations or vendor governance.
- Experience managing large-scale Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and pivoting contracts toward automated frameworks.
- Background in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of SRE principles and modern service management.
- Exceptional communication and change leadership skills.
