The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is $36,300.00 - $67,500.00 Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.

Short Summary:
As a Production Technician, you will support manufacturing operations in areas such as manufacturing, packaging, and product labeling. You will set up and operate machines, perform production tasks, and ensure quality compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining material/supply needs to support production.
- Setting up & operating equipment and processing materials & packaging kits in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Inspecting products and components for completeness and quality.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and housekeeping standards.
- Participating in troubleshooting and problem-solving associated with the packaging process.
- Completing and ensuring accuracy of all process orders and documentation.
- Preparing work centers for line clearance and conducting regular cleaning.
- May train others in the department as needed.

Requirement:
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalency, ability to read and speak English, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and adjust between multiple jobs.
- Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of related experience in production or manufacturing assembly in a regulated industry, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, basic computer skills, understanding of GMP and ISO principles, and detail-oriented.
