Short Summary:
Join Roche's Sites Network as a Strategy Lead, driving the Operating Model and Capability Framework to enhance operational effectiveness and strategic capabilities across the network.

Responsibilities:
- Shape the Operating Model: Design and refine how the Sites Network operates as a connected system.
- Run the Integration Management Office: Maintain a master plan and coordinate workstreams to ensure delivery.
- Drive the Capability Framework: Own and evolve the framework to align capabilities with future needs.
- Bridge Capabilities and Partner: Identify and close capability gaps in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Lead Cross-Site Initiatives: Shape initiatives that translate strategic decisions into operational changes.
- Guide Senior Decision-Making: Provide concise, fact-based recommendations for senior leaders.
- Build Strategic Capability: Establish standards and metrics to track maturity over time.

Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or above; MBA preferred.
- Professional Experience: 10+ years in business operations, preferably in multi-site management or strategy consultancy.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and high integrity.
- Adaptability & Communication: Comfortable with ambiguity, exceptional communication skills in English and German.
