Short Summary:
The Patient Value Partner is responsible for the engagement of all activities related to the brand assigned through different levels of their life cycle, covering all specific steps associated with patient journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Provides input to the Chapter Head for strategy definition and adaptation.
- Implements brand strategy to maximize brand use for relevant patient populations.
- Collaborates in the Chapter to ensure brand strategy relevance and goal achievement.
- Initiates budget proposals and participates in pre-budget discussions.
- Responsible for resource allocation within product promotion activities.
- Identifies and recommends new channels for product promotion.
- Develops and maintains high standards of product knowledge.
- Supports the field force on product information and company strategies.
- Participates in allocated Squad with expertise on brand/disease area.
- Conducts proactive market research and analysis.
- Engages with KOLs and contributes to product committees.
Requirement:
- University degree in natural sciences, Medical, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology; business-related degree is an advantage.
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing/product management in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of competitive activity in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Excellent product and marketing knowledge in hematology and hemophilia therapy areas.
- Proven decision-making, financial analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and sensitivity to local conditions.
- Fluent in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
