The Position Job Description: Launch Partner Position Overview Are you looking for an agile, high-intensity opportunity to shape a high-stakes launch at Roche Thailand? We are seeking a dynamic, business-minded talent to step into the role of Launch Partner. This is not a traditional back-office role. It is a unique hybrid archetype combining the data-driven strategic ownership of a Product Manager with the frontline execution capability of a Key Account Partner. Working alongside our Strategic Launch Lead and an ecosystem of enabling partners (Local ICX, Medical Enablers, and the Alliance Field Force), you will completely own the end-to-end execution engine for an assigned portfolio of priority hospital accounts. Your main objective is to eliminate "last-mile" bottlenecks: accelerating local hospital listings, standardizing field messaging, and driving rapid prescription adoption among top Nephrologists and Rheumatologists. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution Translate high-level brand plans into localized marketing programs utilizing local segmentation data and analytics. Design, test, and rapidly adapt promotional tools tailored specifically to the nuances of the Nephrology and Rheumatology therapeutic areas. Break out of single-domain silos by managing both the high-level data translation and the practical, frontline application of marketing materials. 2. Sales Team Enablement & Field Excellence Run continuous scientific messaging workshops to upskill the contract sales force. Provide direct, in-field support to ensure the sales team delivers a standardized, high-impact scientific message to clinicians. Monitor field execution performance against frontline KPIs, adjusting coaching and tools responsively. 3. Frontline Account Ownership & Hospital Access Acceleration Act as the strategic commercial engine for a dedicated portfolio of target hospital accounts, ensuring zero territory or portfolio overlap. Serve as a trusted advisor to core Nephrologists and Rheumatologists to build strong product confidence and bypass hospital formulary barriers. Own the "last-mile" listing process by navigating complex institutional hospital frameworks to accelerate local formulary approvals. 4. Cross-Functional Synergy & APAC Network Integration Act as the central operational hub connecting local field insights back to our APAC Network tools, local Medical Enablers, and the ICX Partner's digital campaign network. Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Enablement and ICX Enablers to leverage commercial excellence analytics and data visualization tools. Agile Collaborator: Proven ability to manage complex interdependencies. You excel at working cross-functionally and acting as a unifying hub between external vendors, strategic leads, and contract sales teams. Communication & Influence: Excellent scientific and commercial communication skills, with the credibility required to engage high-level TAEs) Resilience & Agility: Thrives in ambiguous launch settings, values quick testing and adaptation of promotional tools, and is deeply motivated by hitting frontline KPIs.
