Short Summary:
This intermediate IT Network Engineer independently solves a range of technical business problems and contributes to challenging projects requiring deep knowledge in their area. You will design, build, test, and implement resilient solutions, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to technical documentation and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Tier 3/4 technical escalation point for critical network incidents, performance bottlenecks, and post-mortem root cause analyses.
- Design, validate, and test PoCs in lab environments to evaluate emerging network tools, protocols, and vendor solutions.
- Communicate and present complex information, issues, and potential solutions on assigned projects and to cross-functional teams.
- Maintain comprehensive network diagrams, topology specs, and runbooks to ensure operational readiness across teams.
- Ensure technology designs adhere to the organization’s architectural strategy, policies, and direction.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Over 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
- Cisco CCNA/P certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and implementing large and complex data networks (LAN, DCLAN, WAN, Wireless).
- Experience with infrastructure automation, including automated provisioning of network devices.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
