Short Summary:
The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) is an empowered leader at Roche, working closely with healthcare stakeholders to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with healthcare system stakeholders to drive innovation and unlock opportunities.
- Integrate health economics analysis and outcomes research.
- Identify, map, engage with, and manage ecosystem stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche.
- Share stakeholder community's vision and values internally.
- Drive solutions that deliver faster results and facilitate access and reimbursement decisions.
- Collaborate with business roles responsible for Value Proposition, HTA, and Pricing.

Requirement:
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse actors in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- University studies completed.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Access roles or public healthcare sector.
- Intermediate English proficiency required.
- Ability to leverage digital media and tools for stakeholder benefit.
