Short Summary:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for all corporate communications and business area communications, including internal and external corporate communications, media relations, crisis management, and corporate brand management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate communications strategy and execution.
- Oversee public relations strategies for the NAM region.
- Edit and distribute internal and external communication materials.
- Lead corporate social responsibility strategy and charitable giving program.
- Act as corporate spokesperson and provide media training.
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee meetings and conventions for the company.
- Select and manage PR agencies.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- 10-15 years of communications experience, with 5-7 years in leadership roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
