The Position 代表办事处对外接待联络: - 前台接听来电和接待来访，解答咨询，正确传达公司相关信息并有责任将获悉的不良事件在获悉当日尽快报 告给药品安全部门。 -接待到访人员以及协助各部门面试接待 - 配合和联络外服，协助完成员工档案、社保、生育等各项办理； - 与街道联系，完成相关信息填报等； 办事处内部的沟通联络枢纽： - 每季度跨部门沟通会议组织与安排：会议前沟通协调各部门时间和出席人员，组织会议议程等； - 组织办事处员工参加公司大型视频会议和大型活动，协助其他部门会议和培训； -搭建办事处沟通平台。加强与办事处各部门负责人沟通，协调配合各部门的工作，增强办事处的凝聚力。 办事处日常行政支持和管理： - 根据公司的规定，制定符合当地情况的办事处管理制度； - 办事处工作位/共享位分配、公用电脑等的合理分配； - 办事处办公用品、饮用水、食品等采购，文具申领，及时申请支付各项行政费用并每月按时结算； - 会议室使用管理；投影仪使用管理；办公网络和办公设备的维护和保修； - 办公室固定资产管理以及邮政物品、备用钥匙管理； - 办公室绿化和保洁事务的联络和管理； - 每月提交行政工作报告，及时处理当月重点工作； -根据办事处的发展状况，在需要的时候协助总部进行选址、监督装修过程、并负责搬迁； 辅助和支持办事处BU事务和其他部门事务： - 协助BU经理主管的工作； - 新员工入职引导；门禁卡、电子口令卡申领；名片申请与印制；入职和离职流程跟进；医疗费报销； - 协助维护和管理机房，支持办公网络正常运行；协助指导公用机、个人电脑正常使用及IPAD指导； - 年度公司outing和年夜饭的组织； 办事处安全合规管理： - 每月按照合规检查清单进行检查并报告； - 配合法律部，合规部不定期的给办事处员工举办安全合规培训； - 按照公司规定来应对突然来访的政府部门检查/调查； 办事处工会活动组织： - 每季度工会费用申请与申报(包括季节性福利) ； - 每季度活动组织与安排，每年至少两次的文章图片刊登； - 年度工会团队建设和工会节假日礼金申请及发放 SHE相关指责 管理SHE事务并且维护SHE文件，包括手册/程序/流程/记录/报告等。 支持所在组织符合当地法规要求和罗氏内部要求。 每月SHE检查并形成报告 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
