Short Summary:
Join Robinhood in building the future of finance by becoming an Account Maintenance Associate. This role involves providing timely and accurate execution of new account opening and maintenance functions while working with a motivated team.

Responsibilities:
- Review and process new account applications and account maintenance requests.
- Keep records of interactions and file account-related documents.
- Provide accurate information to advisors and clients via phone and electronic means.
- Collaborate with internal partners and clearing firm teams for complex requests.
- Complete other projects as assigned by management.

Requirement:
- Outstanding attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to think critically and apply knowledge of account-related processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to form relationships based on the needs of advisors and clients.
- Minimum of 2 years in direct customer service and 1 year in back-office financial operations preferred.
- SIE and Series 7 are nice to have, but not required.
