Short Summary:
Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The Finance Director Germany will serve as the senior finance leader for the country affiliate, acting as a strategic business partner to the Country Manager and local Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary finance representative and trusted advisor to the General Manager and local Leadership Team.
- Partner with various business functions to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead preparation of the annual budget, re-forecasts, and cash-flow forecasts.
- Coordinate month-end close activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Support local tax compliance, statutory reporting, and treasury activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities in a multinational environment.
- Strong experience in FP&A, business partnering, statutory reporting, governance, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
