Short Summary:
Replit is looking for a Partner Sales Specialist to scale its strategic partnership ecosystem into a measurable revenue channel, working with partners like Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Databricks. This role involves collaboration with sales teams to drive business outcomes through partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise co-sell motions across Replit's strategic partnerships.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and expansion.
- Build trusted relationships with partner account teams to enhance co-sell engagement.
- Conduct account mapping exercises with strategic partners to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate partner involvement throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage deal registration processes across partner portals.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Help establish repeatable co-sell processes and best practices.
- Maintain visibility into partner engagement across active opportunities.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, channel sales, partnerships, or related functions.
- Experience working with enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue outcomes.
- Familiarity with deal registration processes and partner portal management.
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Strong Salesforce proficiency.
