Short Summary:
At Relevance AI, we’re building the home of the AI workforce, empowering teams to delegate meaningful work to AI agents. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of engineers tackling complex AI challenges and shaping the future of AI-native development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 4 - 8 AI-native engineers, fostering clarity and performance.
- Elevate product thinking within the team to focus on customer outcomes.
- Set standards for AI-native engineering practices and coach engineers.
- Contribute to the codebase, participate in design reviews, and ensure quality and reliability.
- Handle tough conversations with empathy and conviction.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to hire strong engineers.

Requirement:
- Hands-on experience with AI-native building and coding agents.
- Strong product thinking and judgment, focusing on customer outcomes.
- Proven leadership of high-performing engineering teams (4-8 engineers).
- Technical depth in backend, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience in hiring exceptional AI-native engineers.
