Short Summary:
As a Data & ML Engineer, you will build the data and model layer behind an AI-enabled decision-support system, focusing on ingestion from various source systems, record matching, and generating actionable explanations.

Responsibilities:
- Data Modeling and Record Matching
- Design and maintain the graph of entities and records
- Implement probabilistic matching and deduplication
- Establish provenance for traceability
- Scoring and Calibration
- Develop relevance and priority models
- Own calibration and threshold design
- Perform feature engineering and error analysis
- Retrieval and Generation
- Implement embeddings and vector storage
- Integrate language models and design prompts
- Own model packaging and versioning
- Pipelines and Source Handling
- Build secure ingestion and validation processes
- Implement quality checks and source drift detection
- Generate statistically representative synthetic data

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or applied machine learning
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with AI-assisted development
- US Citizenship and active US Secret clearance required
