Short Summary:
Recidiviz is hiring a Recruiter to join a small, fast-moving team focused on attracting and hiring exceptional talent motivated by meaningful, mission-driven work. The role involves full-cycle recruiting and building strong relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles, from kickoff through offer
- Drive the top of the hiring funnel by reviewing inbound applicants, proactively sourcing talent, and conducting initial screens
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs and keep searches moving
- Deliver a high-quality, human-centered candidate experience
- Coordinate and support interviews, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
- Track recruiting progress and outcomes to improve hiring effectiveness
- Stay up to date on emerging recruitment trends
- Optimize recruitment systems, processes, and tools

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting
- Ability to stay organized and responsive across multiple searches
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment
- Empathy and professionalism in communication
- Experience leading structured, equitable hiring practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
