- Senior Digital Analytics Consultant: €65,000 - €90,000 base
- Strategic Digital Analytics Consultant: €85,000 - €115,000 base
Both levels are bonus eligible

Short Summary:
As a Strategic Customer Success Business Consultant, you will serve as a premier strategic advisor for Quantum Metric’s most complex enterprise accounts, driving customer activation and operationalization while shaping how clients leverage technology.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Customer Outcomes: Align digital strategies with customer business outcomes.
- Pioneer AI & Scalable Value: Automate analytical workflows and translate insights into service offerings.
- Orchestrate Enterprise Domain Activation: Engage with IT and Engineering teams to drive domain-specific activation.
- Surface Transformational Insights: Develop optimization strategies and establish benchmarks for value realization.
- Serve as Enterprise Subject Matter Expert: Advise on high-stakes client engagements and evolve consulting methodologies.
- Mentor and Elevate the Practice: Share expertise and drive team enablement.
- Proactively Safeguard Strategic Engagements: Identify and remediate account risks.
Requirement:
- Domain Expertise: Experience in Site Observability, Call Center Optimization, or Internal Applications.
- AI Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI technologies for process automation.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Proficient in SQL and data engineering pipelines.
- Experience: 8+ years in digital analytics or related fields.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written skills for executive presentations.
- Self-Starter: Proactive with a collaborative mindset.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% for client engagements.
