The Paid Account Manager will oversee the execution, performance, and growth of marketing services within their accounts, ensuring alignment with client business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage paid campaigns across various clients, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes.
- Provide analysis and action plans based on campaign performance data.
- Act as the main point of contact for cross-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead weekly and monthly reporting calls and manage internal client teams.
- Evaluate service expansion opportunities and ensure cross-channel collaboration.
- Maintain communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of account deliverables.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance channel knowledge and improve campaign performance.

Requirement:
- 3-4 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, and more.
- Significant campaign management experience, particularly with Meta ads and other platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and project management abilities.
