Poker Product Designer

Senior Poker Product Designer (Game UI/UX) We are hiring a Senior Poker Product Designer for our client — a gaming product company focused on competitive multiplayer and poker-related experiences. We’re looking for a product designer with strong Game UI/UX expertise and deep understanding of poker gameplay, player behavior, and competitive gaming experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing engaging gameplay flows, intuitive interfaces, and polished player experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, visual design skills, and experience working in fast-paced game production environments. Responsibilities Product & Game UX Design Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for poker and competitive game products Create UX/UI flows for gameplay systems, rewards, progression, onboarding, and player engagement Rapidly iterate on features based on business goals, player feedback, and product priorities Balance gameplay clarity, usability, and visual polish across the product experience Design scalable UX solutions that support long-term product growth Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work Work closely with product stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams Collaborate with design leadership to align on product direction and execution quality Support smooth communication across distributed international teams Provide implementation support and ensure high-quality production releases Participate in ideation, reviews, and iterative design processes UI Systems & Design Quality Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished final UI Contribute to design systems and reusable UI patterns Ensure consistency across features and gameplay surfaces Maintain high standards for usability, readability, and interaction quality Requirements Must-Have Proven experience in Game UI/UX design Strong understanding of poker gameplay and competitive gaming experiences Strong Figma skills and understanding of design systems Experience designing complex gameplay interfaces and player flows Ability to clearly communicate design decisions across teams Experience working in fast-moving iterative product environments Strong English communication skills Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams Nice to Have Experience with social casino, sweepstakes, or gaming products Familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects Experience with UX research and data-informed design Understanding of player motivation and engagement systems Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and modern productivity tools Portfolio featuring game UI/UX work What Success Looks Like Intuitive and polished gameplay experiences Strong UX clarity across poker and competitive game systems Fast iteration cycles with high-quality execution Seamless collaboration between product, design, and engineering Scalable UI systems supporting future product growth Conditions Remote / hybrid flexibility International product environment Long-term product-focused collaboration Possible relocation support depending on location and collaboration needs
