Short Summary:
Perforce Software is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead a team during a period of rapid growth and international expansion, overseeing cash and payroll functions in the general ledger.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, encouraging continuous improvement.
- Review and approve journal entries across companies and currencies.
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of account reconciliations.
- Identify process improvement areas and implement changes.
- Collaborate with HR for proper accounting of payroll transactions.
- Work with Sales Operations to identify unknown deposits and issue refunds.
- Manage accounting aspects of credit card processes, including reconciliations.
- Assist in acquisition-related activities and annual external audits.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience supervising a team and developing staff.
- Familiarity with multiple subsidiaries and foreign currency transactions.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to implement new accounting guidance.
- Operational experience with major accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-accounting personnel.
- Experience in documenting and improving systems and processes.
