Short Summary:
Papa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for Papa Community, focusing on building virtual care for seniors. This role offers the opportunity to define the product from the ground up and significantly impact patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Own the care delivery platform roadmap end to end.
- Lead discovery, define requirements, sequence investment, and drive delivery for the platform.
- Design and improve internal clinical workflows.
- Lead system integration decisions and evaluate API integrations within the health tech stack.
- Own end-to-end outcomes, translating needs across clinical and engineering teams.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Meaningful product experience in healthtech.
- Demonstrated ability to build 0-to-1 products in resource-constrained, startup environments.
- Passionate about improving healthcare access and outcomes for older adults.

Benefits:
- Target Salary Range: $159,000 - $210,000.
