Short Summary:
Are you a proactive self-starter passionate about shaping workplace culture, amplifying employer branding, and driving meaningful employee engagement? We are seeking a highly motivated People and Culture Intern to join our team for 12 months, based in our Barcelona office.
Responsibilities:
- Support Internal Communications: Craft engaging announcements, manage main communication channels, and keep 400+ Ogurians globally informed and connected.
- Shape the Employee Journey: Work on initiatives that touch critical moments of the employee lifecycle—from amplifying our internal culture and employer brand to driving performance and recognition programs.
- Own Visible Flagship Programs: Take direct ownership of established global recognition programs and internal communication channels from day one.
- Build AI Fluency: Leverage modern AI tools to draft communications, analyze survey data, build toolkits, and streamline manual workflows.
- Global Exposure: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, managers, and employee champions worldwide.
Requirement:
- Education: Currently enrolled, or have recently completed, a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational development, Communications or a related discipline.
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- AI & Tech Curiosity: A genuine interest in using AI tools to boost productivity.
- Organization & Detail: Highly structured with a sharp eye for detail.
- Communication & Writing: Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Experience: Prior internship, campus leadership, or coordination experience in HR, events, or communications is a strong plus.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
