Short Summary:
The Distribution Business Manager is responsible for driving sustainable growth with distribution channels and customers for NXP in the Mass Market & Distribution EMEA team. This role involves defining strategic relationships with channel partners and being accountable for sales results in the assigned region.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a defined sales region and distributor engagements, measured on demand creation and revenue growth.
- Channel management including prioritization and driving key distributor engagements via business plans.
- Set up, own, and drive business plans with distributor offices.
- Cooperate with distribution partners on joint activities like product trainings and seminars.
- Account responsibility with channel partners and building customer relationships.
- Interact with decision makers and top management of regional customers and distributors.
- Identify and win new opportunities while selling the entire portfolio.
- Ensure excellent commercial results per NXP corporate goals.
- Manage internal resources to meet sales goals and deliver above-market growth.

Requirement:
- Electrical or Business Engineering degree or similar.
- Knowledge about semiconductor products.
- 3-5 years’ experience in semiconductor Sales, Field Application, or Marketing.
- 3-5 years of high-tech B2B sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in Italian and English.
- Ability to explain complex technical content convincingly.
- Strategic thinking to manage distribution partners.
- High degree of flexibility, motivation, customer focus, and networking ability.
- Willingness to travel frequently is essential.
