Short Summary:
N-iX is a global software development company looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join their client's Platform Engineering team. The role involves building and operating an internal AI platform that enhances developer productivity through modern AI tooling and AWS integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and operate the internal AI platform: secure AI coding environments, AI in CI/CD, agentic workflows on AWS (Bedrock / Agent Core), and reusable building blocks.
- Own products end to end — design, build, run, and improve them with a product mindset.
- Identify friction points in developers' workflows and implement solutions.
- Shape architecture and technology choices for platform foundations and AI capabilities.
- Maintain platform reliability, security, observability, and cost-awareness.
- Participate in on-call rotation and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Capture reusable patterns, templates, and blueprints for organizational efficiency.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience building and operating infrastructure or platform products.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, AWS, IaC, CI/CD, and observability tools.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, ideally Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SRE/DevOps principles.
